- 300 dpi PNG — convert to CMYK on press
- Stock
- Uncoated 14–16 pt ivory / natural white (closest to Paper)
- Finish
- Uncoated or matte. No gloss. No spot UV.
- Corners
- Square. Not rounded.
- Quantity
- 250 for a first VA round; 500 if you are walking more than one facility.
- Ink
- Navy + Bronze on ivory stock. Two-color PMS if they run offset.
Ask for uncoated ivory, not coated white with a cream flood. The paper color is the stock. Navy and bronze print on it. Square corners. If they only offer rounded, ⅛ in radius is the limit.
Vistaprint / Moo: custom 3.5 × 2, matte or uncoated, standard corners. A local Omaha or Blair shop will put this on better paper — take the PNGs and this spec.
